NEWS: Blunt Rochester, Coons, McBride Call on EPA to Maintain the Endangerment Finding, Protect Delaware’s Environment and Public Health

September 18, 2025 Washington, D.C. – U.S. Senators Lisa Blunt Rochester and Chris Coons and U.S. Representative Sarah McBride (all D-Del.) sent a letter to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Lee Zeldin in opposition to the EPA’s proposed rule reconsidering the 2009 Greenhouse Gas Endangerment Finding and Greenhouse Gas Vehicle Standards. Since 2009, the Endangerment Finding has required EPA to regulate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Its recission would pose a serious threat to public health.
